What we do
Representation at the point it matters most
Duty counsel appear on inmate appeal days, prepare the appeal where they can, and argue it before the court. Our co-ordinator carries the file in between.

We build the file
We liaise with Legal Aid Ontario, the Crown Law Office and the Court of Appeal so the appeal is perfected and heard on time.

Counsel argues it
A volunteer lawyer with appellate experience is assigned from the roster and appears for the appellant in court.
